KindMinds Wellbeing and Behavioural Support Services

Turning Psychological Science into Everyday Wellbeing.
Partnering with Schools and Families to Deliver Evidence-Based Wellbeing and Behaviour Support that makes a meaningful difference

What is Wellbeing?

Wellbeing is a state of balanced mental, emotional, and physical health that enables people to excel, manage life’s challenges, and move through everyday experiences with confidence.

Our approach brings together evidence from developmental, social, neuro- and educational psychology, and our mission is to translate this science into accessible, effective support that strengthens resilience and promotes meaningful growth across home, school, and community settings.

Healthy behaviour, emotional regulation, and optimal daily functioning do not happen in isolation, they are built on a set of essential foundations supported consistently in research.
These foundations form our four core pillars:

Sleep · Nutrition · Movement · Relationships

When these domains are nurtured and in balance, individuals are better equipped to regulate emotions, manage behaviour, maintain energy, think clearly, and thrive in their environments.

Guided by these four scientifically grounded pillars, we ensure that every aspect of our work remains evidence-based, practical, and responsive to the unique needs and contexts of the people we support.

About Me...

My name is Tayla , and I founded KindMinds to bridge the gap between Psychological Research and Practical Wellbeing Support.

I am passionate about helping people understand the connection between the brain and body, translating the science of metabolic and psychological health into practical strategies that boost energy, sharpen focus, regulate mood, and support thriving in daily life. I hold an Honours degree in Psychological Science, where I developed a deep interest in how sleep, nutrition, movement, and relationships shape everyday experiences.

Over the past three years, I’ve worked closely with young people in schools, gaining firsthand insight into behaviour, learning, and the factors that influence wellbeing. As a wellbeing officer, I have supported students and families to regulate emotions, develop coping strategies, build resilience, and achieve meaningful goals.

I’ve seen how difficulties with attention, focus, mood, and behaviour often stem from underlying metabolic and psychological health factors that influence overall wellbeing. Challenges such as low energy, emotional regulation, and behavioural struggles can be improved when we target core pillars like sleep, nutrition, movement, and relationships. I’m passionate about helping people not only understand these connections but also put them into practice in ways that create tangible, lasting improvements, so they can feel more focused, energized, and resilient in their daily lives.

At KindMinds, I aim to apply this holistic approach to create supportive environments where individuals and families can grow, learn, and flourish. By combining evidence-based practices with personalised guidance, we help people turn knowledge into action, fostering wellbeing that lasts across school, home, and everyday life.
